Super Fast Minute Mules for Superbowl Sunday

No matter what your sporting leanings or affiliations, Superbowl Sunday is a super fun day to spend time with friends and indulge in some party-style eats and drinks.

But whether you're not wanting to miss one second of this Sundays game between the New England Patriots and the Atlanta Falcons, or you're just keen to see those renowned Superbowl commercials and the half-time show featuring Lady Gaga, we know one thing for sure — you won’t want to be stuck behind your home bar all afternoon mixing complicated drinks.

Enter our Minute Mules™ – stylish yet fuss-free takes on the classic Moscow Mule that are designed to be mixed up in mere minutes! Using simple, easy to find ingredients, these straightforward mule recipes offer slight variations on the flavors of a classic mule.

1. Peach Mule
We don’t like to take sides, but in honor of the Atlanta Falcons making the 2017 Superbowl, why not mix up a mule featuring the juicy sweetness of a Georgia peach? For Patriots fans out there, try a New England variation by swapping out the peaches for cranberries or cranberry juice.

  • 2 oz. Peach Flavored Vodka
  • 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
  • 6 oz. Ginger Beer
  • 1/2 Fresh Ripe Peach
  • 1/4 oz. Lime Juice
  • Lime & Cinnamon Stick, for Garnish
Place ice, peach vodka, a couple of fresh peach wedges and lime juice into a shaker and gently shake. Pour into a Moscow Copper Co. mug, fill with ginger beer and top with a Grand Marnier floater. Garnish with a lime wheel, fresh peach wedge and a cinnamon stick.

2. Tequila Mule
Not sure about you guys, but when we think Superbowl Sunday, we think nachos! And what goes better with nachos, or any Mexican cuisine, than a mule featuring good quality tequila in place of the usual vodka?

  • 2 oz. tequila reposado
  • 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
  • 6 oz. ginger beer
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • Sliced Jalapeno
  • Sliced ginger root
  • Cilantro
Place ice, tequila, lime juice, and a few slices of jalapeño into a shaker and shake. Pour into a Moscow Copper Co. mug, fill with ginger beer and top with Grand Marnier floater. Garnish with sliced jalapeño, ginger and lime on a cocktail stick, with cilantro.

3. Blueberry Mule
Who doesn’t love the tangy sweetness of blueberries — this delicious mule variation will keep your game day guests happy and refreshed. Feel the need to make it representative of both teams? Add a handful of fresh raspberries to make this mule blue and red!

  • 2 oz. blueberry flavored vodka
  • 6 oz. ginger beer
  • 1/4 oz. lime juice
  • handful of fresh blueberries
  • Lime & mint, for garnish
Place ice, blueberry flavored vodka, lime juice and a few fresh blueberries into a shaker and gently shake. Pour into a Moscow Copper Co. mug and fill with ginger beer. Garnish by sliding fresh blueberries, sliced lime wheels and mint leaves onto a cocktail stick.

Serving up these Minute Mules™ at your Superbowl Sunday gathering makes a refreshing change from the usual beer, and when presented in your Moscow Copper Co. mule mugs, they are instantly impressive.
