Smaller items are carefully packed inside the mugs and their boxes for secure shipping. If you believe an item is missing, please ensure all mugs have been fully unpacked.
All of our copper mugs are carefully handcrafted, making each piece unique. As a result, slight imperfections and variations are a natural part of both the artisanal process and the inherent qualities of copper.
Kindly provide an image clearly showing any damage, engraving errors, or other product issues.
