I was sent mugs with a different engraving than I ordered but the company quickly fixed the issue. My wife loves the mugs and custom design on them!
This was such a disappointment I regret to say, but the customized inscription is near impossible to read. I had to put on the phone flashlight to clearly read it, which feels really unacceptable to have to do for a pair of $150 mugs, and disappointing when this is a special anniversary gift. My husband couldn’t easily read either and frankly was embarrassing. Where was the quality control? This is too much to charge people to not have the most special part of the gift clearly legible. There is ‘subtle’ and then there is ‘subtle’ and this is just not acceptable. Really bummed.
