MEXICAN MULE
Spring Break Destination: Cancun
Close your eyes and enjoy the clearest waters of the Riviera Maya while sipping on our Mexican Mule. Using tequila instead of vodka and adding jalapeños and cilantro, this spicy mule will get the party started.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces silver tequila
- 6 ounces ginger beer
- 1 fresh lime
- 1 jalapeño (sliced)
- 4 sprigs of cilantro
How to Make
- Slice jalapeño and remove seeds
- Muddle cilantro and a few jalapeño slices with ice
- Fill your copper mug with ice and add muddled ingredients
- Add in lime juice, tequila and ginger beer, garnishing with a jalapeño slice and cilantro
STRAWBERRY MOSCOW MULE

There wouldn’t be a spring break cocktail list without a Strawberry Moscow Mule. You’re in for such a treat adding this crowd-pleaser fruit that you’re likely to tell the bartender to keep’ em coming!
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed
- 4 ounces vodka
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 bottle ginger beer
How to Make
- Muddle the strawberries
- Add ginger beer, vodka, lime juice
- Stir, add ice, and garnish with a strawberry and lime wedge
COCONUT MOSCOW MULES
Destination: Ko SamuiIf your dream spring break destination is a tropical island in Thailand, you’ll want to take note of this Coconut Moscow Mule recipe. It’s spicy, sweet, and still light enough to drink more than one.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce creme de coconut
- ½ ounce fresh lime juice
- 3 ounces ginger beer
How to Make
- Mix vodka, lime, creme de coconut into a copper mug

MULEJITO

How to Make
- Mix ice, vodka, ginger beer, orange juice, squeeze of lime in shaker; shake until orange juice is frothy
- Strain into copper mug filled with ice
- Garnish with orange rind and/or lime wedges
